Frederick (Rick) Wieting has more than 40 years of experience, the great majority of which has been spent representing banks, lending cooperatives and other financial institutions in the area of Creditor’s Rights and Remedies including foreclosure and replevin litigation, mediations, workouts, restructures, forbearance negotiations and agreements as well as protecting these creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and bankruptcy litigation working, in recent years, on these matters with Attorney Trisha Schense of this firm.  While this is and has been Rick's primary focus, he also has a personal injury and Estate practice and occasionally accepts cases from farmers who are not indebted to the financial institutions he represents.

On a personal basis, Rick has been involved in youth soccer for years and has served as chairperson for the Board of Trustees of his church.  He and his wife Kathy have three children, one of whom also practices law with him in this firm.
