Kurtis (“Kurt”) Wieting is a 2003 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, and is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of Wisconsin as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (WACDL), and the Brown County Bar Association.

Kurt focuses in the area of general litigation including real estate matters (adverse possession, land contract disputes, partition actions, easement and other property disputes), as well as personal injury, and criminal defense. His practice also includes adult guardianships (including serving as court appointed guardian ad litem in Brown County), drafting of wills, trusts and powers of attorney documents, and probate matters.

A Green Bay native, Kurt is a graduate of Abbot Pennings High School and St. Norbert College in De Pere. He has earned a Master of Arts degree in history from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He resides in the Green Bay area with his wife and children and is involved in the local Spanish community as well as a participant in many volunteer and local community events.
